Room 9 welcomes Mr Fitzgerald (Roger) to our class. He is a Student teacher from Massey University and is with us until 3rd June. He is working with individual children, small groups and the whole class.
Hello bloggers, this is my third and final week at Awapuni School. In that time I have learnt much about teaching at junior level. My lasting impression of Awapuni school is the energy, dedication and committment of the staff and teachers to giving its students the best possible start to life and a lifelong love of learning. Na reira, hei whakaoti taku korero, anei tetahi whakatauaki (I close with a proverb),"We don't stop learning because we grow old. We grow old because we stop learning. Kia tau nga manaaki a te Runga Rawa. Roger Fitzgerald
