30 May - 3 June

Hello to all.
This week in class we are learning the letter 'Ff', the blend 'ph' and to read the word 'for'.
In maths we continue addition and subtraction to 5 and 10. You could also ask your child to count in 2s, 5s and 10s.
The children write stories everyday so you could talk about what they could write about.
Don't forget Room 3s Assembly this week on Wednesday at 2.30pm and the Cross Country on Friday afternoon.

Homework superstars.

Well done to Aria, Amotai and Ksharne. Your homework from last week was exemplary. All three of you did very well at maths, reading and especially spelling.

Our Pirate pictures

Mrs Zander gave us some pirate stickers and we had to draw the rest of the pirate picture. Here are three of them.

Friday's learning

Today at school we make police badges and ID cards. Whaea Emily was in Room 3 and she thought the badges looked good. Whaea Christina was worried that she might have to go to jail.
